From I-85 in Durham:

• Take exit 176B (Duke Street North, US Highway 501 Bypass North toward Roxboro).
• Proceed 1.4 miles north on Duke Street to the stoplight at Carver Street.
• Turn right onto Carver Street, and then drive east past Roxboro Road to Ben Franklin Boulevard.
• Turn left onto Ben Franklin and follow it just past a small lake on your left. Just past the lake you will see Medical Park Drive.
• Turn left onto Medical Park Drive.
• The Stedman Center Core Laboratories, the Newgard Lab and the Muoio Lab are located at 4321 Medical Park Drive, Suite 200, Durham, NC 27704. Guest parking is available in front of the facility. Enter the front door and ascend the spiral staircase to the second floor.
